    Great place for a wax and haircut, all while sipping on a cold beer. The staff is great and professional and cares about how your services turn out. What a concept!!!   5. At Long Last....A Fabulous Haircut!
    I am new to the Denver area, and have been to three other salons over the past six months searching for a place to get a good haircut. After two haircuts that were nothing to write home about, and a bad experience at another salon, I found Faye at Zandi K. She is both gifted and experienced, and transformed my shaggy layers back into a stylish cut. If there is one thing that I am particular about it is my hair, and Faye listened to what I wanted and delivered. While cutting my hair she talked me through why she did things the way she did, and taught me how to style it myself in the same way. I was starting to doubt whether I'd find a stylist I liked in this city, and I'm so relieved to have found Faye. She is amazing, and I can't recommend her and the staff at Zandi K more highly!     One of the owners cut my hair and did a fantastic job of customizing the style for my hair type and features.     Zandi K Salon exceeds my expectations from the decor to the friendly staff. Its home of the best Aveda trained colorist Kelley G (cuz she is G), who also has her signature "scalp massage". If anything, go in and order the shampoo from her... you will be amazed!!! There is nothing I have requested that didn't get produced as well as phenomenal customer service.     I was referred to Zandi K by a friend a few months back and fell in love with it. I have gone years trying to find a place just like this. Faye who is one of the owners and my hair stylist is WONDERFUL to say the least. She made my hair look and feel great in just two visits, I have received countless compliments. This place is the type of Salon that makes you feel at home, it's a great place to relax and get pampered while the talented technicians make you beautiful!     Perfect is all I can say! I am so glad I found this place. I just moved to Denver and have been trying to find an Aveda Salon. After terrible luck with several other Denver Aveda salons (Avalon, Renissance) I was referred to Zandi K from an Aveda store. I went into Zandi K with a hacked haircut and terrible color and was given the 1st class treatment. Kali sat with me for like 15 minutes before she even touched my hair to make sure show knew what I wanted and how she could fix my hair. A perfect treatment! She made sure I was happy before I left. If you have had it with stylists who don't listen to what you want you must give Kali a try! I am looking forward to my next service and some more pineapple water! P.S - Make sure to ask about discount promotions! I was there on a 'free cut with color day' and I also know they offer discounts on referrals.     This is an amazing salon! I started going to ZandiK several months ago and Faye has transformed my hair?which is nothing short of extraordinary. My hair is shiner, healthier and looks the best it has in years under the professional care and styling of Faye. It?s like I have completely different hair now, the hair I?ve always wanted! I?ve been to most salons in Denver and very seldom have I ever had a ?Wow? factor like I did on my second visit to ZandiK Salon.     I would follow Nicki Wenz anywhere to get my eyebrows done! In fact, I have since moved out of state, but always make sure my Colorado visits include a trip to Zandi K. to see Nicki and get my eyebrows done!   16. An Oasis in the City
    My first visit to this salon, second time using an Aveda salon, (my first visit to an Aveda salon I didnt get the royal treatment like this place, so I dont go back)) - Im hooked on Aveda products...however, I was reluctant to go "downtown", yet even though street parking is a premium, I found a spot up close and as soon as I entered the salon I was greeted with bright shining faces and smiles galore, treated like a "spa princess,". I was given a tour, and a welcome package with goodies and delights, offered wine, or other beverages, (the tea is wonderful) -I met the owners, very friendly and sincere, I was treated well, they listened to as what I wanted and yet what they suggested was better than what I wanted! My stylist Sabrina is a doll...she took so much effort to please me and make sure I was 101% satisfied, my skin care by Miranda was a joy to work with, I definitely will return in a few weeks to get maintenance as well as offer my opinion that besides Aveda having outstanding products, this salon offers outstanding services...I hope we continue for many years to come a professional and friendly relationship....     It is a comfortable, casual atmosphere and the staff is very friendly attending to comfort (water, relaxing place to wait, etc.). Faye (one of the owners) does a great job of looking at face structure, style, age, occupation of her clients and then developing (with the client) a look that matches the individual.
