    It is rare in this day and age to do business with a company that still believes in treating their customers with respect. We had a new furnace, water heater,AC and humidifer installed along with a new electric panel by Fosters. Our salesman, W. Dennis was very nice and extremely well informed so asking him qustions and listening to his advice really paid off. We took advantage of the offer for free AC with the purcase of a new high efficency furnace and felt that we got a really good price on the deal. The work was done sooner than expected by two very nice guys, Kelly & Michael, who were a joy to have in our home. They were totally respectful to our pets even though our pets did not aways return their kindness! Our new heating/cooling system is amazing, we are totally impressed with everything; after only one day of use our lives have changed for the better! Our house is cool and filled with nice claen air. My wifes breathing problems have already almost dissapeared. We would recommend Wright to anyone who needs their services. After over fifteen years in the construction business and anouther twelve years in Engineering I can say that this company is first rate in every aspect, they are clean, quick, polite, informative and did every single thing they said they would, and more, to our complete satisfaction.   5. Mail fraud
    I received a letter a week ago from "WTIC" (no address listed.) A message on the envelope said the letter inside contained important information about the president's stimulus package. The letter briefly mentioned a tax break for installing an energy-efficient furnace, but it was mostly an advertisement for this company. Any company that has to disguise its name and won't give its address is not worth patronizing. (jtr115, 04/01/2009)
