  1. Dead Trees. No Replacement.
    I have had Hanson Sprinkler out to my place twice. The first time, they did a great job and when I had a small issue, they were quick to respond. The second time, however, I had 11 trees planted in my back yard. Six of the 11 trees died within a few months. One died 2 days after it was planted. This was 1 year ago. Hanson claimed they would take care of it, but it is now fall and no replacement trees. I have left 2 messages in the last 3 weeks. Nothing. I am very disappointed. (techman, 09/17/2009)
