  1. Untrustworthy
    Military move, separate company contracted them for the transfer. So they came out looked over everything, then on the moving date they came out and packed everything up, but it took them a week to come and pick up everything, and when it was supposed to have been transferred from their company to the original company they left one carton behind(which contained my wedding dress, flower girl dress, and veil which cost me well over $1000)Apparently they left it out in the open so that anyone could get to it. So when contacted about it they where supposed to ship it directly to me. When the carton arrived it wasn't the same carton(I had helped the packers with packing my dresses so I knew it wasn't the correct carton) and my dresses weren't in it, and so I contacted them about it and was told they had to repack it into a smaller carton and that there wasn't any dresses in it when they repacked it. Hence I had to make a claim for my losses with the company that had contracted them. So I would definitely think twice about using their company due to the lack of trustworthy individuals working for them as they don't really care about other peoples belongings entrusted to them just the money they could get for them.
