  1. Worst Customer Service in the US!
    Worst customer service ever! I saw the truck I wanted on their website & when I got there it stunk like cigarette smoke & had a lot of scratches. Then I asked about another truck there but still wanted to test drive both & Jameison said "I can't let you drive it because you said you weren't sure if you'd buy it." That pissed my wife off & she wanted to leave. This guy has done this before. Absolutely hrroble experience! Go somewhere else. (CMH, 08/07/2009)

  2. Worst Customer Service Ever !!!!
    I was recently in the market for a new used suv.I researched all the cars online I wanted to look at ahead of time. Printed out and map quested all of them. Seeing as my husband works during the day, he told me to go ahead and look at them. I arrived at Go WEST Autos one afternoon having driven clear across town to look at a trail blazer. I had two of my kids with me too. The salesman handed me the keys I went outside opened it up, looked good...asked if I could drive it. He said "will you buy it today if you like it?" My reply was honest. "I can't buy it today as my husband works and he would be the one to finance it etc." The salesman said "I can't let you drive it then." Talk about high pressure sales. I asked who the owner is, he said he couldn't divulge the information. Yeah right. Lesson learned...go to a dealership that actually WANTS your buisness. I wouldn't recommend this dealership EVER!
