  1. Pitiful service...
    I just bought my car and was going in for my first carwash. I am also a neighbor and live just 2 blocks away from Firehouse. I would love to go to Fire House Car Wash...but they are not interested in my business. I waited today for 10 minutes for someone to come take my service request. 2 people were on the phone...3 were smoking and know one acknowledged my existence. I had to go inside and ask if anyone was working. The manager came out...phone in ear...I was dumbfounded and decided if they couldn't acknowledge me than how poorly will they clean my brand new car. I left...to bad given the economy that they just throw away business. Pitiful really! Maybe there will be new management in place real soon. For now...the competitors will get my business.   2. Not Worth the Time nor the Money  
    I was in the area and stopped for a car wash and interior clean. It took an average amount of time and produced average results. Upon inspection, I noticed they did not pay attention to detail and did not provide all the services. I paid for. No need to go back. There is another car wash service on Colorado Blvd. & Mississippi that provides and excellent service at cheaper prices in a more comfortable waiting area./P ... (A, 03/12/09)
