Do no trust this law firm. It is very sad that they keep taking advantage of people. They will take your money and then submit unfinished paper work to the court. On top of that they lie to you and when you need a lawyer you need someone you can trust. They are also extrememly unprofessional and rarely return phone calls which is unfortunate because as a client you need to know information about your case in timely manner. I find it extremely sad that they are allowed to continue to treat people so poorly and mess up peoples lives. Do not trust them.

I recently went through a nasty divorce and a subsequent bankruptcy. Thank God for Elizabeth and her entire team at the Thomas Law Firm. They were extremely professional and made me feel like everything was going to be okay and it is. I will never be able to Thank her enough... God Bless you and your family!!!

I thought I was getting a good law firm....NOT! They don't return calls, and when you do finally get a hold of them (because you keep calling back), they have no idea what they are talking about. They try to pass it off to Elizabeth (the daughter who is the attorney), you will get an answer like "she's handling a another case and is in court, so when she can she will call you back, and you still get no response. They are rude, and when they talk to you it's talking down to you like you're a child. The conference room is a dining room table and the room reeks of pet urine. Do yourself a huge favor take your business to another firm!

I'm an active duty wounded warrior (Army) that went to this law firm seeking assistence with a bankruptcy. My initial consulation at this family run firm, ( father does consults, mom is accountant, daughter is the attorney) I thought the consult went very well with Mike, the father. I was welcomed and treated very wonderfully. Under obvious financial duress due to my situation, my fears were eased and promises were made to do the best to help me in every way. Mike spoke very highly of his daughter, Attorney, Elizabeth and made me feel as though I would be very well taken care of. Shortly there after the front door opened and Mike said " and here she is.." The attorney and her mom (accountant), who later briefly introduced herself before I left, hesitated, and the attorney quickly looked me up and down, had look of distaste and kept walking. No introduction, No hello, Nothing. Mike sort of stammered but then continued with our consultation. I'm not sure if it was maybe because I was in my uniform or something else, but I simply brushed it off and thought maybe when I formally have my meeting with her it would be different. I never had this meeting. Needless to say I left with " I'll have Beth look over this information you provided, please give a call back so we can see how and if we can help and what the next step would be, don't worry, we'll get this sorted out" I left feeling hopeful. Since that day I have called and called and called and each time I am being told "let me talk to Beth and I'll call you right back what is your number?" and I give it....again. I guess I'm that memorable. I have received zero callback. At one point I spoke with the Mom and she said "Are you the lady from the other day?" I have spoken to numerous different people and have received no call back. It has been 3 weeks now. I obviously now know there will be no call back, I am just absolutely astounded as to why? Is it because I am in the Army? Is it because I am a wounded warrior? Is it because the attorney's husband outranks me and so therefore she must look down upon me and treat me as though I am nothing, Some spouses do this for some reason and it's ridiculous! I don't get it..... The bottom line is I went to this firm for help, I was filled with hope and promise and they couldn't simply pick up the phone and say I'm sorry we can't help you. That is called respect and being professional. Maybe they have enough funds to pick and choose who they'd like to assist based on your appearance and maybe thats the firm to stay away from..... I'm terribly disappointed but I did find a much better, warm and welcoming firm to bring my business to who welcomed me as a person and a soldier.
