My wife and I were looking to refi and get some options for our 80/20 mortgage and my father told me about the "ad" he heard on Mike Rosen's show on 850 KOA about what American Financing can do. Well, boy was I glad that I called! After my initial call, my wife and I were set up to have you come over to our house and and save us the expense of having to find a baby sitter and explain the option of an FHA loan the next day. I couldn't believe that we were even possibly able to qualify for that type of program. It was all a seamless process from there! I was able to get our documents together and you were able to come by and pick those up as well with out us even having to drive to your office. We were made to feel like we were the only ones you were working for. We closed in 2 weeks (at our home) like you said we would and it went awesome! John, keep up the good work!
